This application is filed by the petitioner/original plaintiff seeking extension of time granted to the petitioner to file the application for re-examination of PW-2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the ill-health of the advocate, there is a delay of five days in filing the application. She submits that though the application is filed, it is not accepted on the ground that it is not filed within the time granted by this court, vide order dated 14th January 2025.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the trial court has passed the order on 20th February 2025, refusing to accept the petitioner's application. A copy of the order is taken on record.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the time granted vide order dated 14th January 2025 is extended. The trial court shall accept the application filed by the plaintiff and decide the same in accordance with law.
