Since the Registry has not placed papers of the Interim Application before us, learned counsel for the Applicants has tendered a physical copy of the Interim Application. The same is taken on record.

By this Interim Application, the Applicants seek restoration of the aforesaid Writ Petition to its original file by recalling the order dated 19th June 2024 by which the said Petition came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections within the stipulated period.

The Petition is at the pre-admission stage. Having perused the Application, for the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and delay in filing the aforesaid Application is condoned. The order dated 19th June 2024 passed in the aforesaid Writ Petition is recalled and the aforesaid Writ Petition is restored back to its original file. Office objections to be removed within six weeks from today.

Interim Application is allowed and stands disposed of accordingly.
