The Applicant is original opponent No.2 in Claim arising out of Employees Compensation Act, 1923. Learned advocate for the Applicant has placed on record copies of the application filed by the present Applicant depositing the amount as per the impugned order. She has also placed on record the copy of receipt issued.

IA/10374/2025 is filed for condonation of 123 days delay and IA/10375/2025 is filed for seeking interim stay. 3.

Considering that the amount is already deposited with office of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation at Kolhapur, issue notice to the Respondents, in both applications returnable on 29.08.2025. In addition to the Court's notice, private notice is permitted. 4.

Till next date, there shall be ad-interim stay to the impugned order dated 07.11.2024 passed by 2nd Labour Court, Kolhapur in EC Application No. 29/C-9/2017.
