By this interim application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 133 days caused in filing the aforesaid Appeal.

The applicant who is present in Court states that she herself withdraws the unwarranted allegations made by her against the advocate concerned in the interim application. The same is accepted. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the condonation of delay application.

Although, we do not accept the reasons mentioned in the interim application passing the buck on the advocate, in order to give a fair opportunity to the applicant and considering the facts, we deem it appropriate to allow the application and condone the delay of 133 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal.
