Learned counsel for the original appellant submits that the appellant is agreeable to accept the higher rent offered by the corporation in lieu of the alternate accommodation which was directed to be given pursuant to order dated 4th April 2025 passed in Appeal From Order No. 638 of 2024. 2.
Learned counsel for the corporation submits that the affidavit-cum-undertaking of the corporation and the developer shall be filed confirming that the rent amount shall be paid towards temporary alternate accommodation to the appellant till handing over of the permanent alternate accommodation. He submits that the affidavit shall also state that there is no dispute on the eligibility of the appellant on 2/3
receiving permanent alternate accommodation. He seeks a weeks time to file necessary affidavit-cum-undertaking. 3.
List the Contempt Petition on 12th August 2025. To be listed under the caption for "Directions.
