Heard Mr. Shetty, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Yadav, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.

This Interim Application is taken out for seeking recall of the order dated 2nd April 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I). By the said conditional order dated 2nd April 2025, two weeks time has been granted to remove the office objections. Mr. Shetty, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Writ Petition was at pre-admission stage. 4.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). 5.

Resultantly, Writ Petition (ST) No.4339 of 2025 is restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that the Applicant removes the office objections on or before 6th August 2025. 6.

Mr. Shetty, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that during the course of the day, copy of the Writ Petition will be served on the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.
