This Interim Application is taken out to restore the Second Appeal by recalling the order dated 13th March 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). Mr. Suralkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent opposes the Interim Application.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), on the condition that the Applicant removes the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

Second Appeal be listed for admission on 28th July 2025. To be listed fairly high on board.
