This application has been filed by the Applicant/Appellant for condonation of eight days delay in challenging the Judgment & Order dated 03/03/2025 passed by the Family Court, Mumbai.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that Judgment & Order was passed by the Family Court on 03/03/2025 and the certified copy of the same was made available on 16/05/2025. However, there is a delay of eight days in filing the Appeal. This delay, being unintentional,

2/2 12 IA-10437-25.odt deserve to be condoned. We are satisfied with the explanation given by the Applicant. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and Interim Application is allowed.

In view of the condonation of delay, the Appeal is directed to be registered.

Issue fresh notice to the Respondent, making it returnable on 27th March, 2026.
