Learned advocate Ms. Navandar for the Appellant/original Defendant No.13 in FAST/22660/2025 submits that Defendant No.13 has filed this independent appeal and the Appeal ostensibly filed on his behalf on the strength of power of attorney holder (Rahul Balasaheb Tapkir) and which is registered as FAST/17771/2025 is not as per his instructions. She further submits that except original Defendant No.7 (Smt. Rekha Balwant Mandare) and daughter of deceased Defendant No.9 (Smt. Lata Pradip Jadhav), all other Defendants (members of Bhosale family - Defendant No. 1 to 16) have sworn affidavits stating that they have not instructed any agent, advocate or pleader or representative to file FAST/17771/2025.

Learned advocate Ms. Navandar submits that Defendant No.3Vijay Keshavrao Bhosale and Defendant No.13 Satyendra Balasaheb Bhosale are present in the Court, who are duly identified by her. 3.

its copies served upon the learned Counsel for the Appellants in FAST/17771/2025.
