This is an Application for condonation of 28 days delay in filing the Appeal. Reasons stated in the Application is that the Applicant was ill and on medication.

Learned advocate for the Respondent strenuously opposed the Application. She submits that no documentary evidence with respect to alleged illness is produced on record and no explanation is given why the appeal is not filed within the statutory period. No reply is filed, despite earlier order dated 29/07/2025.
