CORAM:

M.S. Sonak & Advait M. Sethna, JJ.

DATED:

17 OCTOBER 2025 PC:- 1.

After this Interim Application was filed, the Original Petitioner, i.e. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, has been granted two years' time to use the disputed premises. This is clear from the order dated 04 August 2025 in Second

21-IA-10476-25+.DOCX Appeal (ST) No. 24540 of 2025. The above order dated 04 August 2025 was challenged by the present Applicant, but the challenge has failed.

2.

By this Application, the Applicant, who is the Landlord, had sought vacation of the interim relief granted in this Petition on the ground that the Applicant (Landlord) had already secured the decree of eviction of BPCL. 3.

Now that two years' time has been granted by this Court and this indulgence has not been disturbed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, we do not think that the interim order dated 29 April 2025 granted by this Court in this Petition needs to be vacated.

4.

However, the hearing in Writ Petition No. 6830 of 2024 is expedited.

5.

Interim Application is disposed of.
