This is an application for deleting the name of Respondent No.10 (Ranjana Bhalchandra Toraskar) from the array of the parties. It is stated in the application that she has expired on 17.06.2025 and her legal heirs/representatives are already on Record as respondent Nos.9, 11 and 12.

Considering the averments, application is allowed. Applicants are permitted to delete name of Respondent No. 10. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today, with amended copy served on other side.

Application is disposed of in above terms.
