Heard Mr. Sutar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. 2.

By this Interim Application the Applicant is seeking recall of the Order dated 17th January 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.11344 of 2024, by which the said Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.

Mr. Sutar, learned Counsel for the Applicant, states that the Writ Petition was dismissed at the admission stage and that notice has also not been issued to the Respondents.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Accordingly, by recalling Order dated 17th January 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.11344 of 2024, the said Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
