We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. Considering the nature of the enquiry, the Management seeks an extension of around six months for completing the enquiry. The SUNNY THOTE

By consent of the parties, considering that the earlier timeline of six months was over in July 2025, the parties are agreeable that the time be extended upto 15th March, 2026. Both the parties agree to render fullest cooperation to the Enquiry Officer, keeping in view that the Management's last witness is now in the witness box for the purpose of cross-examination. 3.

In view of the above, the Interim Application is disposed off.
