Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The reason given for non clearance of office objections as well as for the delay of 28 days in filing the present Application are satisfactory and constitute sufficient cause. Accordingly, we set aside the learned Registrar (Judicial-I)'s order dated 10 January 2025 and restore Writ Petition (St.) No.33680 of 2024 to the file. 3.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the office objections now will be cleared within a week of the uploading of this

907-IA-10559-2025.DOCX order. Even if the date falls within vacations, the Registry to permit the clearance of the office objections.

This Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms. If the office objections are cleared, the Petition must be given a registered number and place for admission on 14 November 2025. Liberty is also granted to the Petitioner to serve all the Respondents and file an affidavit of service.
