The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants apprises the Court that an application for amendment to add Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) as a party-respondent was filed in each of the writ petitions vide Interim Application (Stamp) No.11899 of 2025 and other similar applications which came to be disposed of by an order dated 2nd April 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.3912 of 2025 with connected matters.

In view of the order passed by the writ Court disposing of the writ petitions, the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal is added as the respondent no.3 in these applications.

Amendment to be carried out in the course of the day with red ink. 4.
Post these Interim Applications on 18th August 2025. 5.
