The Interim Application is taken out for restoration of the Second Appeal as the Second Appeal has been dismissed for nonprosecution by Order dated 19th December 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I). By the said Order, two weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which registration of the Second Appeal was directed to be refused. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, Order dated 19th December 2024 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) in Second Appeal (St.) No.28053 of 2024 is set aside. Resultantly the said Second Appeal is restored to the file of this Court, subject Dusane
