Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw Interim Application No. 10635 of 2025 as well as the commercial first appeal filed under section 13(1-A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 with liberty to file an application under Order IX Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
