This Court has disposed of the Writ Petition No.17329 of 2024 on 9th December 2024. Certain observations are made. The present Applicant being aggrieved by the said decision has approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Supreme Court permitted the Petitioner to file an Application for modification. Accordingly it is filed. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondent. Private notice, in addition, is allowed. Affidavit of service be filed. In addition to that, the Applicant is permitted to serve learned Advocate for the Respondent who has Satish Sangar 1/2
