By an order dated 27 June 2025, we had disposed of this petition directing that the application of the petitioner be decided as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of the said order by Collector, Solapur. A three months' period is yet to be over, before which this interim application has been filed in a disposed of petition, praying that the Collector, Solapur be directed to decide the dispute application forthwith, as our orders are clear. In our opinion such interim application is not maintainable, it is accordingly disposed of, however, directing that our order shall be complied without any further extension of time. (ARIF S.
