After arguing the matter for some time, it is jointly submitted that the parties are agreeable to an arrangement that the Tribunal shall consider the evidence recorded by the Chief Executive Officer of WaqfBoard and render findings thereon without being influenced by the findings given by the Chief Executive Officer. 3.

Since the Trust is involved as a party, it is desirable that the agreed arrangement is reduced to writing and placed on record. It is informed that Respondent No.4 Kutubuddin Dilawar Mulla is present in Sneha Chavan 1/2
