The relief sought in the Interim Application is the restoration of the Second Appeal to the file, as the conditional Order dated 12th October 2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II), has not been complied with.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f). 3.

The relief is granted on the condition that the Applicants shall file the paper-book within a period of 1 week from today.

The amendment as permitted by granting prayer clauses (e) and (f) be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 5.

As the Second Appeal is restored to the file, all interim orders are also restored.
