In this application on 14.10.2025, this Court had directed the applicants (original appellants) to publish notice in one English and one Marathi newspaper, having wide circulation in District Thane and to file a proof of such publication on record.

The record shows that the applicants have complied with the said direction and a proof of publication is also placed on record. Despite such public notice being published in the newspaper, no person has come forward to raise any objection to the prayer made in the present application. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 3.

Accordingly, the name of the society mentioned in prayer clause (b) of the application shall be brought on record by way of amendment. 4.

The amendment shall be carried out within a week from today. 1/2
