The Interim Application No.3946 of 2025 is second application filed by the Applicants for restoration of appeal. Both the times, the appeal was dismissed in default as conditional order to remove office objections was passed.

For the reasons given by the Applicants, the Interim Application No.3946 of 2025 is allowed.

The appeal is restored, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to Maharashtra Legal Aid Services Committee, Circuit Bench at Kolhapur.

The office is directed to register the appeal at its original file. The counsel for the Appellant to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of disposal of Interim Application No.3946 of 2025, nothing survives in Interim Application No.10772 of 2025 and the same shall stand disposed of.
