This appeal is urgently circulated as there is an apprehension that the amount of compensation shall be disbursed to respondent no. 1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the suit is filed on the ground that even the appellant has the right in the property that is acquired. Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 on instructions submits that by cheque dated 1st August 2025, the amount is already disbursed to respondent no. 1 and the cheque is already deposited in her bank account.

Learned counsel for the appellant disputes that the amount is disbursed. Hence, if the amount is not yet disbursed, the same shall not be disbursed by respondent nos. 2 and 3 till the next date. If the amount is already disbursed as stated on behalf of respondent no. 1, she shall maintain the amount in her bank account and shall not part with the same till the next date. 5.
