These applications are for restoration of the appeals which are dismissed for non removal of office objections. Learned counsel for the applicants has tendered additional affidavits which are taken on record. He submits that in view of dismissal of appeal, the Corporation is trying to forcibly enter the suit property. 3.

I have perused the papers. This Court has issued notice on 14th August 2019 and granted ad-interim protection. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that office objections are regarding illegible pages. He submits that he shall remove all the office objections within two weeks. 5.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, delay is condoned. The conditional order passed by the learned Registrar on 18th June 2024 granting conditional time is recalled and the appeals are restored.

It is clarified that aforesaid restoration is subject to the learned advocate for the applicants removing all office objections within three weeks from today.

List the appeals for admission on 8th September 2025. 2/3

To be listed high on board in the caption of 'Fresh Admission'.

Till further orders, the ad-interim protection granted by this Court on 14th August 2019 shall continue.

Both the interim applications are disposed of in aforesaid terms.
