This interim application has been filed seeking recall of the order dated 24th June, 2025 passed by a Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 18859 of 2024.

Record indicates that the applicant/respondent no.4 was duly served with the notice of the proceeding. However, respondent no.4, who was successful bidder, did not choose to

5-IA-10799-2025.doc appear despite notice of the proceeding. Eventually, this Court by an order dated 24th June, 2024 decided the writ petition and disposed of the same.

The present interim application for recall of the order dated 24th June, 2025 is thoroughly misconceived and no case for call of the order dated 24th June, 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 18859 of 2024 is made out.
