Mr. Godbole, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant - Appellant tenders a draft amendment to amend the above

Interim Application. Considering that this is a pre-admission amendment and only seeks to add a prayer regarding stay of the order passed by the Trial Court, we do not find any impediment in allowing the amendment. 2.

Accordingly, the draft amendment tendered to the Court is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Applicant - Appellant is permitted to amend the above Interim Application in terms of the draft handed in. Re-verification is dispensed with. 3.

Amendment shall be carried out by Monday i.e. 11th August 2025 in front of the Associate. The amended copy of the Interim Application shall be served immediately thereafter on the Respondents and or their Advocates. 4.

Place the above Interim Application on board on 22nd August 2025 for ad-interim reliefs along with the above First Appeal. We put the parties to notice that since the issue involved in the above First Appeal falls within a very narrow compass, we may hear and dispose of the First Appeal itself at that stage, time permitting.
