Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

This application is taken out to set aside the order of dismissal of the Writ Petition for non-removal of the office objections dated 19th December 2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant/petitioner has removed all the office objections, and if there are any objections, the petitioner would remove the same. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement and the averments in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dismissing the Writ Petition (ST) 32009 of 2024, for non-removal of office objections stands quashed and set aside. varsha

Writ Petition (ST) No. 32009 of 2024, shall stand restored to the file, subject to the condition that, the petitioner shall remove the office objections, if any, within a period of four weeks from today. 6.

If the office objections are removed, the Writ Petition be numbered and listed for admission before the Court. In case the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period of four weeks, this order shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition (ST) No. 32009 of 2024, shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 8.

Application disposed.
