Heard learned Advocate for the Appellant. The M.A.C.T. Tribunal, Mumbai directed the present Appellant and the insurer i.e. Respondent No.2 to pay compensation of Rs.5,47,200/- along with interest to the claimant. This award is under challenge by the owner of the vehicle.
