By this interim application, the applicants-petitioners seek restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed on account of the conditional order dated 3rd July 2024 for non-removal of office objections 2.

For the reasons stated in the interim application, Writ Petition (Stamp) No.33760 of 2023 is restored to the file. Office objections be removed within four weeks, failing which the order dated 3rd July 2024 would stand.
