This is an application for staying the operation effect and implementation of the Impugned judgment and decree dated 9th December, 2024 passed by the Trial Court in Commercial Suit No.3 of 2019. We have perused the averments made in the application. Application for stay is opposed by Mr. Bhole, learned Counsel for the Respondent. He submitted that principal amount is already paid to the Respondent.

We are inclined to allow this application and stay the judgment
