This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.2 (Madhav Gajanan Gangal) on record. There is delay in filing the application.

Considering the averments in the application about situation of the family after death of Appellant No.2 as described, and the nature of dispute which is essentially about compensation payable to the Appellant's family arising out of the Land Acquisition Act, sufficient cause is made out. 5.

The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The Applicants are permitted to be brought on record as legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.2. Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
