Heard on IA No. 10883 of 2025. After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and for the reasons assigned in the interlocutory application, duly supported by an affidavit, we find that sufficient cause for condonation of delay is made out. Accordingly, the delay of 23 days in filing the Appeal under Section 13(1-A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 deserves to be condoned.

Accordingly, the delay in filing the Appeal is condoned. Interim application is allowed.

Let the Appeal be listed for orders on admission in the next week i.e. on 21 August 2025.
