This Interim Application is taken out seeking recall of the order dated 1st April 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). By the said order dated 1st April 2025, the Second Appeal was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections. 2.

Mr. Rane, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Second Appeal was dismissed at the pre-admission stage and notice was not issued to the Respondent.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.

Consequently the order dated 1st April 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) in Second Appeal (ST) No.35061 of 2024 is quashed and set aside and the said Second Appeal is restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that the office objections shall be removed within a period of six months from today.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
