Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner would submit that vide order dated 31st January 2025, this court has directed the petitioner to supply spare copy of the petition within 2 weeks in the Registry, failing which the petition was directed to be dismissed without further reference to the Court. He would submit that in view Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

70-10915-2025-IA=.doc of that, the petition came to be dismissed and hence, the Interim Application is iled accordingly for restoration of the said Writ Petition. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Order dated 31st January 2025 passed by this Court stands recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to its original position on the condition that the petitioner shall supply the spare copy in the Registry for service of notice on the respondents within 2 weeks from today.

After supply of such copy, notice be issued to the respondents returnable on 16th January 2026.
