By this Interim Application, the Applicant is praying to condone the delay in restoring the Interim Application No. 1347 of 2019 and to recall the order dated 18th March 2024 passed by the co-ordinate bench of this Court in Interim Application No. 1347 of 2019 and restore the Interim Application to the file. 2.

Having perused the averments made in the Application, we allow this Interim Application, subject to the Applicant paying a cost of Rs. 15,000/- to The High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai (Account No.000120110001337, IFS Code: BKID0000001 Bank: Bank of India, Mumbai Main Branch, Mumbai). Such cost must be paid within two weeks from today. 3.
