This Interim Application is taken out by the Applicant-Father seeking overnight access and vacation access. 2.

Both the learned Counsel states that the parties have arrived at arrangement for access/overnight access for the Independence Day weekend as well as for Ganpati Pooja as also for Applicant's birthday on 16th September 2025. Both the learned Counsel Digitally signed by SONALI MILIND PATIL Date:

2025.08.13 18:07:27 +0530 SONALI MILIND PATIL tendered Minutes of Terms. The same are signed by both the learned Advocates. The Respondent-Mother is personally present in

Court. She has also signed the said Minutes of Terms. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant-Father states that Father has also agreed to these Minutes of Terms and during the course of the day, Applicant's email confirming the said Minutes of Terms will be tendered before the Court.

Accordingly, the said Minutes of Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The said Minutes of Terms read as under:

"Without prejudice to the rights and contents of parties Applicant and Respondent have agreed to following terms in respect of overnight access sought by Applicant in present Interim Application. a. Friday 15/08/2025 on Independence Day Respondent will drop Krisha to Juhu by 5 pm and thereafter Applicant will drop Krisha back to Respondents House at 9 pm.

b. Wednesday 27/08/205 Applicant will have access to Krisha from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm and thereafter Applicant will drop Krisha to Respondent house.

c. On Tuesday 16/09/205 i.e. Applicant's birthday, After Krisha's exam Respondent will drop Krisha by 12:30 pm to Juhu Gym and will pick her up by 3 pm."

Liberty is granted to the Applicant-Father to file appropriate application for overnight access and vacation access as and when necessary.

The Interim Application is disposed of in accordance with the said Minutes of Terms and in above terms with no order as to costs.
