Writ Petition Stamp No.33295 of 2016 was dismissed for non-removal of the Oice Objections by the order of learned Registrar (Judl.-I) of this Court and the matter has been registered as Rejected Case.

Learned counsel appointed by the court submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner died and present application has been iled by the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

sr501-IA.10988.2025 allowed. The order passed by learned Registrar of this Court refusing registration of the Writ Petition for want of non-removal of the oice objections, stands set aside. The Writ Petition stands restored to its original number, provided that the petitioner removes Oice Objections within four weeks from today.
