Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants/Original Petitioners in Contempt Petition.

The Application is filed for restoration of contempt petition which is dismissed under order dated 07/07/2025 of Registrar (Judicial-II) for nonremoval of the office objections within the stipulated time. The Application is filed on 06/08/2025.

It is stated in the application that the office-objection, which was not removed was only about stamp/seal of the Trust not being placed on Vakalatnama. It is further stated that because of the illness in the family, the concerned Applicant/Petitioner could not come to the Court in time and therefore the objection could not be removed. It appears from the record that Contempt Petition is freshly filed and no notices were issued to the akn 1/2

In that view of the matter and also considering that the Petition is dismissed on technical ground, sufficient cause is made out. 5.

Subject to the condition of the Applicant removing all office objections within a period of three weeks from today, the Application is allowed, order dated 07/07/2025 is recalled and the contempt petition is restored. 6.
