By way of this Application, the Applicants (Original Respondents) seek to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Respondents (Original Appellants) in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ('MACT'), Thane. 11th September 2025

Ms Sweta Shah, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents (Original Appellants), has no objection if the Applicants (Original Respondents) are permitted to withdraw some portion of the decretal amount, as deposited in the MACT, Thane.

In view of the aforesaid, the Applicants (Original Respondents) are permitted to withdraw 30% of the decretal amount as deposited by the Respondents (Original Appellants) in the MACT, Thane.

The said 30% amount be released if an application is made by the Applicants (Original Respondents) before the MACT, Thane.
