Respondent nos. 2 to 5 had filed Civil Application No. 662 of 2015 for adding them as party respondents. The application was allowed on 18th September 2018. However, amendment in the second appeal is not carried out.

Learned advocate for the appellant is permitted to carry out amendment as per order dated 18th September 2018 in Civil Application No. 662 of 2015.

Interim Application No. 11011 of 2025 is filed by the added respondent nos.3 and 4 and the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent no.2. Interim Application (St) No. 30130 of 2025 is filed by the appellant. Both these applications are for bringing on record heirs and legal representatives of respondent no.2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, both the applications are allowed. Delay or abatement, if any, is set aside. 6.

The appellant is permitted to carry out amendment to bring on Page no. 2 of 3

record the names of heirs and legal representatives of respondent no.2 as stated in both these applications.

All the necessary amendments as directed above to be carried out within four weeks from today.
