As per the Award, the Appellant is directed to pay Rs.44,34,000/- (Rupees Forty Fore Lakh Thirty Four Thousand) along Satish Sangar 1/2

9-IA-11018-2025-IN-FA-1099-2025.doc with the interest. The Appellant has deposited the entire amount before the Tribunal. This is an Award arising out of injury claim. 3.

Considering the nature of the accident and considering the fact that the Claimant is in need of the medical expenses and other factors, I allow him to withdraw to the extent of 75% of the deposited amount. Hence the following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The Applicant-Claimant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount from the Tribunal on furnishing an usual undertaking.
