The Interim Application is taken out for setting aside Order dated 16th November 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) and for restoration of the Second Appeal to the file of this Court.

The Second Appeal has been dismissed for non removal of the office objections, by conditional order dated 16th November 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the Second Appeal was dismissed for non removal of office objections at preDusane

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed. The Order dated 16th November 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing Second Appeal by conditional Order and directing refusal of registration of the Second Appeal alongwith Interim Applications is set aside.

Consequently, the Second Appeal is restored to the file of this Court on the condition that the objections shall be removed within twelve weeks from today.

Accordingly, Interim Application is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
