1) The Civil Revision Application is already disposed of on 17 April 2025. This Court has dismissed the Civil Revision Application but has granted time to vacate the suit premises by 30 April 2027. The praecipe is moved with the complaint that time to vacate the premises is granted without notice to the Respondent-landlords.

2) It is seen that the period of almost one year has already passed from the date of dismissal of the Civil Revision Application. The Applicant is granted time to vacate the premises by 30 April 2027. In that view of the matter, there is no warrant for effecting any modification in the order dated 17 April 2025.
