The above Interim Application is filed seeking certain amendments to the Writ Petition as more particularly set out in Schedule I thereto.

Considering that this is a pre-admission amendment, we do not find any difficulty in allowing the Petitioner to amend the Petition. We find that the cause of action in the Writ Petition is not changed in any manner by allowing the amendments.

In these circumstances, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "(a):- The Applicant be permitted to amend the above Writ Petition in terms of Schedule I hereto." The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and a copy of the same shall be served on all the Respondents immediately thereafter.

If the Respondents want to file any Reply to the amended Petition, they are free to do so within a period of four weeks from the date of service of the amended Petition on the respective Respondents. The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Place the above Writ Petition along with Writ Petition No. 269 of 2019 and Writ Petition No. 2513 of 2021.
