MONDAY, 22 nd SEPTEMBER 2025 P.C :

The matter was taken up in Chambers to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. Both the appellant and the respondent have agreed to approach Sukoon - Post Litigation Centre, Pune, which functions within the Family Court. Accordingly, we request the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune, to appoint a Counsellor from Sukoon - Post Litigation Centre to address the issues between the appellant and the respondent. For this purpose, both parties shall remain present before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, on 29th September 2025. The counsellor to give short dates, as convenient to the Counsellor and the parties. 2/3

Stand over to 11th November 2025, to enable the Counsellor to submit his/her report through the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune, to this Court.
