Pursuant to the earlier order, Mr.Anil Singh, learned ASG states that the Respondents have got two Demand Drafts drawn in the name of the Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Mumbai; one for an amount of Rs.4,33,03,407.00/- and another for an amount of Rs.1,23,66,336.00/-. Since the disbursing Authority would be the Collector, Nashik, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondents to deposit the said amount through Demand Draft in the name of the Collector, Nashik on or before 04th September 2025 for the aforesaid amount.

A Review Petition is filed by the National Highways Authority before the Apex Court seeking review of Tarsem Singh's judgment. In these circumstances, the aforesaid amounts deposited with the Collector shall be disbursed to the respective Petitioners depending upon the outcome of the Review Petition. 2/3

Above Petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4.

In view of the disposal of the aforesaid Petitions, nothing survives for consideration in the Interim Applications. Interim Applications also stand disposed of accordingly. 5.

List above captioned Petitions on 17th November, 2025, for 'Recording Compliance'.

Needless to state that, the amounts so deposited with the Collector may be kept in Fixed Deposit.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
