Learned counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company states on instructions that pursuant to order dated 20.11.2025, the amount could not be deposited within stipulated time, due to personal difficulty of the concerned Manager. He submits that however, the amount has been deposited belatedly on 02.02.2026 with the concerned Tribunal and there is delay of about four weeks in making the deposit. He states that according to his instructions, the impugned award is not yet executed. Statement accepted.
