40-FA(ST)-24127-2025+IA(ST)-30099-2025+IA-11169-2025.doc against the Judgment dated 13th February 2025 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal - Mumbai Bench in Claim Application No : OA (II U)/MMC/2016/0233. There is a delay of 40 days in preferring the Appeal.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 10th October 2025.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO.11169 OF 2025 4.

Stay is granted to the execution of the Judgment dated 13 th February 2025 passed by the the Railway Claims Tribunal - Mumbai Bench in Claim Application No : OA (II U)/MMC/ 2016/0233 subject to deposit of the decretal amount along with the interest within a period of 4 weeks before the learned Railway Claims Tribunal - Mumbai Bench.
